Elemental Herbology

GOLD AWARD -BeautyBible.com

A truly outstanding score for this – one of the highest we’ve ever had in over 21 years of Beauty Bible Testing – 9.41 marks out of 10. Elemental Herbology was established in 2008 by a natural health practitioner and all products are based around the Five Elements Theory from Traditional Chinese Medicine, which is that everything in life needs to work in harmony in order to achieve perfect equilibrium. This sets out to achieve that for your skin with a powerful blend of active ingredients including natural skin-brightening AHAs (from apples, sugar and milk), retinols and retinoid compounds (for the ‘resurfacing’ action)– but despite that potent cocktail, none of our testers had any kind of reaction. Other key botanicals include Sacha inchi oil (for elasticity and hydration), kakadu plum (the richest natural source of vitamin C, for radiance), alongside soothing apricot oil. We detect a very light citrus scent, perhaps with a whisper of mandarin, in this rich cream.
